Medhat M. Nehad

MEDHAT graduated in 1992 with B.Sc. of Architecture Engineering from AIN Shams University, Cairo, Egypt Medhat and Rehab as a couple married established ARCHIFORM in 1997 as their family business Medhat Nehad was nominated as a finalist in ldogi awards 2017 for the interior design of the classical homes, the event took place in Venice, Italy Archiform Consultants “Medhat Nehad” was also nominated as a finalist in the Office Design category of the Society of British International Design’s (SBID) International Design Awards 2018. Archiform’s short-listed project is it’s International Sales Centre project, designed for Al-Marasem Development. The event took place in The dorchester – London – UK Medhat Nehad since 2017 is an Accredited international Architect and designer of the SBID – Society of British and International Designers and a professional member of the IIDA – The Commercial Interior Design Association as of 2019 Medhat is also a professional member of APID – Association of Professional Interior Designers in Dubai – UAE, A professional member of the Syndicate of Professional Engineers in Cairo – Egypt. Medhat was the Head of Interior design department of one of the largest master developers in the middle east Medhat has designed projects in the following countries world wide: UK, Italy, Germany, UAE, Jordan, KSA, Kazakhstan, Lebanon, Qatar, Kuwait, Egypt.

Executive Director/Founder

Rehab Zordok

Executive Director & Author Studied MBA (Masters of Business Administration) at University of Liverpool, London- UK. Rehab graduated in 1997 with B.Sc. of Commerce – Business Administration from Ain Shams University, Cairo, Egypt Since then Rehab held several Executive/Higher Management positions at Multinational Firms in Egypt and Abroad. Designed successful systems in Administrative, HR, Risk Management and VIP Customer Services, and trained employees on the same levels. Rehab has won the “Best Services Award” 2008, at Bukhater International Group, consists of 28 sister companies with the capacity of 4000 employees. Rehab is also a non-fiction Author, her first published book” *Lc 1?)..,&”, “Ivory Threads”, published in 2018, at Cairo International Book Fair. The book received exceptional reviews from critics and readers, and it has been chosen by University of Hielwan- Egypt, as part of the academic curriculum, for Master program study, in Arabic Literature and Critique Department, and has been part of the postgraduate students’ exams. She has been interviewed by the Egyptian TV and Radio shows, regarding her book. The book consists of 8 short stories, it belongs to “Philosophical Literature” type, and talks about humanity, different life aspects, and to which extent the community/group’s traditions and stereo types, would affect our judgment and interfere with one’s free will of choices.

Markus Stebich

Before setting up SHS, Markus was Director of Development, Spa and Interiors, Jumeirah Group, after having been Managing Associate of Hirsch Bedner Associates Dubai. He is a registered architect and interior designer. Markus’ experience ranges from architectural master planning to interior design detailing and includes project management and construction administration in both architectural and interior design projects. His project experience includes commercial buildings, hospitals and clinics, luxury residential villas, shopping malls and furniture design. He has specialized in hotel design for more than a decade and has worked on close to 100 hotel projects world wide as an architect, interior designer and in his role with Jumeirah. As an architect he worked in the United States and in Germany. In his 10 years with the German firm RKW he was involved in many projects, including working on the ARAG tower in Düsseldorf, a collaboration between RKW and Norman Foster.

Hany Z. Makin

A proud father of 5 Graduated as an accountant with MAAT status. Started his business career off as a property developer in Egypt and now extended that to the UK. Holding the position of CEO of two hotels in Egypt and the director of two companies in the UK.

V.P. / ARCHITECTURAL & BIM CONSULTANT

Prof. Magdy M. Ibrahim

Associate Professor and practicing architect with very strong CAD and BIM knowledge and experience. Interested in conducting research in these fields as well as utilizing the technologies in main stream architectural practice. Specialties: Architectural design, CAD, CAAD, Building Information Modeling.

Owner & Principal-Peonia Creare

Dr. Carmen Prisca Keller

After Completing her education in History of Art, Dr. Carmen graduated from the University of Sorbonne and at the Ecole du Louvre.

She established her first design studio in Cairo – Egypt, followed soon with a second one in Dubai – UAE.

Carmen’s experience, since 1999 developed mainly in haute decoration interiors for large scale residential projects, in all the mena region. ( Egypt, Qatar, United Emirates, Oman…)

In addition to Europe for Clients of the same region. All her projects are bespoken and tailored to the unicity of each client. and design with passion and mastery, two of her core values.

She also created some exclusive hospitality projects such as floating hotels.
